Red Wine

Red Wine es una banda de Heavy/Power Metal formada en 1997 en Logroño (La Rioja).
Su primer trabajo `` Hijos Del Despertar ´´ fue registrado en los estudios Sonido XXI durante los meses de Agosto y Septiembre del 2000, se editó en Junio del 2001. En este álbum debut podemos descubrir una banda joven cuya música combina elementos tradicionales del Heavy/Power Metal con líneas vocales melódicas y un sonido fresco. Después de varios conciertos de presentación, entre ellos algunos con Dark Moor, en Octubre del 2001 les llega la oportunidad de abrir 4 conciertos para la gira que Saxon realiza en España, oportunidad que aprovechan para demostrar su calidad en todas y cada una de sus actuaciones. En esas fechas `` Hijos Del Despertar ´´ se edita en Sudamérica, EE.UU y Canadá.
En Noviembre y Diciembre del 2001 la banda registra su segundo trabajo ``El Fin De Los Tiempos´´ en los Rock Studios de Carlos Creator y cuya masterización se realiza en los New Sin Studios.
Después de una excelente acogida y numerosas actuaciones en directo, la banda comienza la composición de su tercer álbum aunque hacen un alto en el camino para la grabación de "Rise and Fall", tema que aparece en el álbum "The Keepers Of Jericho - A Tribute To Helloween Part II" .
En Diciembre de 2002 comienzan las sesiones de grabación de "Sueños y Locura" en los Rock Studios junto a Carlos Creator.Una vez finalizada la grabación Piet Sielck (Iron Savoir) masteriza el álbum. "Sueños y Locura" se edita el 14 de Abril de 2003.
De nuevo la banda realiza varios conciertos ya con Iván Ramírez como nuevo batería. Después de todo el proceso de composición la banda registra durante el verano su cuarto álbum titulado "Cenizas" . Esta vez Red Wine utilizan los estudios Track 6 de Logroño. Este nuevo álbum es una perfecta continuación a su anterior "Sueños y Locura" y afianza el sonido de la banda. "Cenizas" se pone a la venta el 19 de Noviembre.

The Heavy/Power Metal band Red Wine, was formed in Logroño (Spain) in 1997. Their first album `` Hijos Del Despertar ´´ was recorded at Sonido XXI between August & September 2000.It was released in June 2001 With this album, we can discover a promising young band with songs that combine Heavy/Power Metal groove elements with melodic vocal lines & fresh sound. After some live performances, some of them with Dark Moor, Red Wine had the chance to open the Saxon Spanish Tour (4 dates) where they showed their outstanding quality in every live show. In those dates `` Hijos Del Despertar ´´ was licensed and released in South America, U.S.A y Canada.
The band recorded their second album ``El Fin De Los Tiempos´´ at Rock Studios, the mastering was made at New Sin Studios (Labÿrinth, Domine, Dark Moor ). In this album Red Wine had the collaboration in the choirs of Elisa from Dark Moor & Nacho from Arwen. As colophon: a great cover artwork of Jean-Pascal Fournier (Edguy, Avantasia, Immortal). The final result shows us a band which have approached the experience gained since the release date of their first album. Their songwriting has a more mature direction with tons of new elements.``El Fin De Los Tiempos´´ is a concept album based in the fighting between the evil & divine. ``El Fin De Los Tiempos ´´ was released in April 2002.
After some gigs , the band decided to start the songwriting of their 3rd album, although they stopped the process some days due the recording of the track "Rise and Fall", for the album "The Keepers Of Jericho - A Tribute To Helloween Part II" .
In December 2002 Red Wine started the recording of "Sueños y Locura" album at Rock Studios. The album was finished and Piet Sielck (Iron Savoir) mastered it."Sueños y Locura will be released on the 14th of April 2003.
"Sueños y Locura" was released on the 14th of April 2003. The band played some gigs with Iván Ramiez as new drummer. Red Wine recorded their new album in summer 2004 at Track 6 studios in their own city. "Cenizas" shows again the fresh & original sound of the band. "Cenizas" will be released on 19th November.
